"RESCUING ONE DOG MAY NOT CHANGE THE WORLD , BUT FOR THAT ONE DOG THE WORLD WILL BE CHANGED FOREVER"
Occasionally an animal comes our way that needs our help, even if that animal is not a Bernese Mountain Dog or Papillon we do everything in our power to rehabilitate this animal and foster it as long as needed! In our past we have had Benny, Micky, and Cloe that we decided to keep with us! We rescue cats too on a regular basis, all the cats here come from Rescue! Benny is still with us today!
Right now we have no rescue's or animals to be rehomed!

Finnegan is one of our past rescue/fosters that found an awesome forever home!
He needed rehabilitation and a good bath!
He got neutered through the generous donations of friends from our Facebook group!
Through this group we found him the best home ever possible for Finngan, Our Golden Boy!

Serendipity "Dippy"
Dippy came in our lives after I saw her being thrown out of a car at about 4 months of age!
he was very sick and full of lice and fleas!
She was nursed back to health and after a while moved to my store where she is happy and thriving and loved all attention from the costumers!
Dippy went to a loving home due to the fact she started escaping from the store!

Levi came to us through a wonderful group who does everything for lost and loose animals!
Levi had been roaming for over 4 months through the winter and came here to rehabilitate and get some meat back on his bones!
Levi was adopted to a wonderful family!

Beau came through us as a foster through BMDCO, Beau was already a regular here at Sally's Valley Kennels as a boarder and had no problem adjusting!
He was rehomed due to family situation!
Beau is now leading a happy life in Northern Ontario with his buddy Bosko!

Holly:
In 2012 Holly came to us as her owner moved to a no animal condo. She was dropped of on the day her owner was dumping her in a shelter. Not standing a chance as she wasn't the healthiest, could barely walk and severely overweight. I decided to try to re home her.
She is the sweatest girl and has already lost a ton of weight since she is here! Holly has been adopted out to a very sweet family who is willing to take her with all her beauty!
In 2017 Holly passed away surrounded by her beloved rescue cat, her wonderful canine friend Spikey and the adoptive family. Holly was very loved..

May 2016 Our Rescue, little Milo aka census..
when he was found he was infested with fleas, dehydrated and eyes barely open.
This little guy is happy and thriving today!

This little old guy has been with us since May 2017
He is a permanent foster through an amazing Lost Pet search group
I was contacted by the coordinator of this group to see if I could work with a troubled elderly dog
He already had several foster homes and was insecure and unpredictable.
He has his quirky moments where he is totally not the loving cute boy we know he can be and since he is starting to suffer from ailments that come with age we have decided to permanently care for him as change makes him insecure and scared.
Ozzy passed away in April 2019 to a brain tumor. he was about 14-15 years old.
We feel blessed we were able to give him a happy life as carefree as possible.
RIP little man. Till we meet again, You were loved.

Summer 2019
We had a little Mini on our farm for fostering.
The poor dude had many sores in his mouth, unkempt hooves and was very very skinny
Unfortunately he did not get along with our ponies very well and the rescue found a great home for him.
In the fall after being gelded he found his forever home.
He is now with his very own girl and leading a happy life.
Hope you have a great life Buddy.

June 2020
Covid 19 is heavily underway and a little kitten enters our lives
We call her Luna
She is a very sick kitty and will lose her eye as it is damaged beyond repair because of the virus we found her with.
She is about 4 weeks old and weighs 400 grams.
We will do everything we can to save her, she is a feisty little kitten.
